Creating video for your business isn’t just about making something that looks great — it’s about telling a story that connects with the right people at the right time. I believe clarity, trust, and shared vision are the foundation for a successful collaboration. Whether you’re dreaming up your first video or refining your brand’s strategy, here are some of the most common questions I get.
Have one that’s not listed? Reach out. We’re all ears.
Think of us as your creative partner from start to finish. We handle:
Video pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all — and that’s a good thing.
The cost depends on things like:
That said, most of our projects start at $5K–$8K and scale from there. We’ll always talk numbers transparently and work within your goals. Great video is an investment — and when done right, it should pay for itself in reach, connection, and conversion.
We keep things structured but flexible, so you always know what’s next:
I have a vast portfolio representing a variety of large corporations, small businesses, agencies and brands and have 30 years experience in creating quality content for my clients. I am committed to understanding your specific goals and needs. I have a history of establishing long working relationships with my clients not only for my quality work and creativity but due to my responsiveness, communication style, and overall compatibility with my clients.
That’s totally normal.
During our first conversation, we’ll ask you a few simple questions to clarify your goals and who you want to reach. From there, we’ll guide you toward the best format—whether that’s a story-driven brand video, an animated explainer, a series of shorts, or something else.
Absolutely. If you already know what you want, we’re happy to step in and execute your vision. Just send over your brief, and we’ll help bring it to life while offering any insights that might elevate it along the way.
It really depends on the scope, but a typical video takes 4–6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.
If you’re working on a tighter timeline, let’s talk. We’ve pulled off shorter turnarounds while maintaining quality — but we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
That depends on your goals.
A single hero video is a great foundation. But if you want to build momentum and maximize visibility, we often recommend a video content suite: a mix of brand story, customer testimonials, short-form social cuts, or ad creative. We’ll help you build a smart, scalable plan.
Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your video. We prioritize communication throughout the process to make sure we’re aligned. And yes — revisions are built into the scope. If we ever miss the mark, we’ll work together to make it right. No ego. Just collaboration.
Just about anywhere! From your website and social media channels to TV and streaming platforms. We’ll work with you to develop a distribution strategy that fits your goals. And if you’re unsure where your video should live, we’ll guide you through the options.
Short answer: more than ever.
Authentic, well-crafted video is still the most effective way to build trust online, humanize your brand, and stand out in a sea of sameness. It’s no longer optional—it’s foundational. That said, the right video strategy matters, and we’re here to help you build one that delivers.
100%. Your input is not only welcome—it’s vital.
We view collaboration as key to producing content that feels authentic and effective. We’ll guide you with strategy, but your voice and insights will shape the creative direction every step of the way.
Usually, no. We handle all the gear.
If your video features a physical product or space, we may need you to provide access to those items. Otherwise, we’ve got cameras, lighting, audio, and props covered.
This will depend on the terms of your contract and the rights granted to you. It’s important to clarify these terms with us before proceeding with the project. In some cases, you may need to obtain rights from third parties (i.e. music, stock footage, etc.) to use the video on multiple platforms, such as your website, social media, and marketing materials. We will help assist you obtain the proper usage rights for your specific needs.
It depends on your goals and budget. One video is a great start, but a series of videos can tell your story more effectively. We can help you strategize to make the most out of your video content without overwhelming your audience—or your budget.
Nope, we’ve got that handled! We’ll take care of casting, location scouting, and props, etc. The only thing we may need from you is your product if it’s a product video, access to facilities and/or equipment. Other than that, sit back and relax!
Yes! We shoot on-location often and come prepared to adapt to different environments — from high-rise offices to industrial warehouses, to cozy coffee shops. Our crew is insured, professional, and used to working in live business settings.
We are a versatile team, and can be wherever you need us to be. Our production van is fully equipped and insured to travel to the Redwood Forest, down to the Gulf Stream waters, and even up to the New York Islands. Occasionally, depending on the scope, we will rent out equipment to be available on site. Our crew has travelled not only all across the U.S but around the world and we deliver the same great experience wherever we go.
Our standard shoot day starts around $1,750–$3,600, which includes crew, equipment, and prep.
More complex shoots — like multi-location setups, actors, or additional crew — can raise that, but we’ll always discuss costs clearly and work with you to scale the production to your goals.
We get it. Life happens.
If something changes, just give us as much notice as you can. Rescheduling fees may apply for last-minute shifts (especially with location rentals or crew), but we always try to be flexible and fair.
The final video will typically be delivered in a digital format, such as an MP4 file. We provide you with clear instructions on how to access and download the video. It’s a good idea to discuss any specific delivery requirements you may have in advance, such as the need for multiple file formats or closed captioning.
Yes, we can advise on content strategy and even partner with digital marketing pros for paid promotion. We’ll help you make a plan for where your video should live and how to get the right eyes on it.
